Elect Tiling & Waterproofing respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it and what we do with it.
When you ask for a quote. The quote forms ask for your name, phone number, email address and a description of your job. The main quote form also asks for your suburb and the service you need. If you text us photos, we receive them by text message.
When you visit the website. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. It collects information such as the pages you view, the type of device and browser you use, your approximate location (city level) and how you found the site. It uses cookies to do this. It does not tell us who you are.
To run the website. Our website host, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
We use your enquiry details to reply to you, prepare your quote and carry out the work. We use website statistics to improve the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
These services handle information on our behalf: Web3Forms, which delivers the quote forms to our email; Google, which provides our email account and Google Analytics; and Cloudflare, which hosts the website. Some of these services may store information outside Australia.
Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the website will still work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Enquiries are kept in our password-protected email account. We keep them only as long as we need them for your job and our business records.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us using the details below.
